I am a single country girl living in central Florida. I began my transition back in 1995 by going full time. I met a wonderful man around that same time and we became inseparable. In early 2006 I began HRT and my general mood and mannerisms began to change. After working 8 years as an elected public official as female, my partner developed health issues which required my full time attention so I resigned from my position for a local government to devote my time to him. Unfortunately two years later he passed away. We had no regrets as we had 18 glorious years together.
I had a date for SRS with Marci Bowers in 2012 but cancelled due to his illness. After giving it a lot of thought and discussion with my therapist, I concluded that SRS is not an option I will pursue anymore.
